Ensure execution of production plan with optimal specified timeline
Ensure team collaboration to achieve departmental goals
Ensure complete adherence to production process
Achieve team objectives by re-scheduling and prioritizing the tasks
Layered process audit
Solve customer issues
Set programmes on machine as per the requirement and specifications of the product received from
design department
Set new fixtures as and when needed for new products
Ensure proper maintenance and timely troubleshooting of machines
Co-ordinate with stores and purchase department for regular and timely material supply
Co-ordinate with quality department for both raw material as well as finished goods Ensure
availability of necessary tools on machines
Facilitate development of technical skills development of subordinates
Give regular feedback to subordinates, help conflict resolution without disturbing operations
Adherence to DOP’s and work instruction
Suggest improvements/changes in manufacturing processes
